Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable and prohibited uses of IT services provided by Wildcat IT LLC ("Provider") to its membership clients ("Client"). This policy is incorporated by reference into the Membership Agreement.
2. Acceptable Use
Client may use the services for lawful business purposes including standard business computing, communication, and productivity; internet access, email, and cloud services; file storage, sharing, and collaboration; and any other use consistent with normal business operations.
3. Prohibited Use
3.1 Illegal Activities
Any activity that violates applicable laws; unauthorized access to computer systems or data; distribution of illegal content; fraud, identity theft, or financial crime.
3.2 Security Violations
Attempting to bypass or disable security measures, monitoring agents, or patches deployed by Provider; introduction of malware or harmful software; port scanning or vulnerability testing without prior consent; exposing Provider-managed credentials to unauthorized individuals.
3.3 Abuse of Services
Submitting frivolous or abusive support tickets; misrepresenting employee count to reduce fees; reselling or sharing membership access; using Provider's services to provide IT services to third parties; excessive use that unreasonably impacts other clients.
3.4 Harmful Content
Storage or transmission of defamatory, obscene, or threatening content; distribution of unsolicited bulk email (spam); copyright infringement.
4. Monitoring
We monitor system health, performance, and security metrics on Client devices solely to deliver managed services. We do not monitor the content of your communications, files, or business data unless required to diagnose a reported technical issue.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in notification to the Client's point of contact, temporary suspension of affected services, termination of the Membership Agreement, additional charges for remediation work, or reporting to law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be communicated to active members via email with at least fifteen (15) days notice.
