Essential adds unlimited helpdesk, advanced threat detection with 24/7 security monitoring, email security, and user management. Pro adds the full cybersecurity stack, annual strategic IT review, hardware lifecycle management, and priority SLA.
Pro tier includes 2 hours of on-site support per month. Essential and Watch clients can request on-site visits billed at standard hourly rates during business hours.
Essential and Pro tiers include unlimited remote helpdesk support during business hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday). Watch tier clients receive monitoring and patching with support billed hourly as needed. After-hours emergency support is available for all tiers at the emergency rate.
