Meet the founder

Kadhim brings over 20 years of IT operations experience spanning three countries, multiple industries, and every level of the technology stack — from hands-on device repair to leading enterprise infrastructure teams.

His career started in Iraq, where he spent seven years as a technician before rising to IT Manager roles at the University of Technology and Almanzil Electronics — managing multi-site networks, server environments, and SonicWall firewall deployments. He holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Applications with a focus on cryptography and security.

After relocating to New Hampshire, Kadhim founded Durham Geeks, providing IT consulting to small businesses across the Seacoast. He then managed all technical operations and grew B2B revenue by 15% as General Manager at Experimac Portsmouth. In 2019, he founded Josstec LLC, specializing in end-of-life IT asset management with NIST-aligned secure data destruction — serving enterprise and regulated clients including financial institutions.

Wildcat IT is the natural next step: taking everything he's built across Kainos Technology, Josstec, and iRenewTech and packaging it into a membership model that gives small businesses the kind of reliable, professional IT support that used to be reserved for companies ten times their size.
