With over 20 years in information technology and a Master's degree in IT with a specialization in cryptography, Kadhim brings a rare combination of deep technical knowledge and hands-on business experience to every client engagement.

His career spans enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT asset management. He has led technology operations across multiple industries and built multiple technology companies from scratch — including Josstec, an IT asset disposition (ITAD) operation specializing in end-of-life IT asset management and certified data destruction.

That hands-on ITAD experience is what makes Wildcat IT different. While most MSPs stop at software and support, Kadhim's background covers the full lifecycle of every device — procurement, deployment, management, and certified secure disposal. Leiqaa Kurbany, PhD

Chief Operations Manager

Leiqaa holds a PhD in Nuclear Physics from the University of New Hampshire, bringing a level of analytical rigor and problem-solving ability that is rare in the IT services world. Her scientific training — rooted in complex systems modeling, data analysis, and precision engineering — translates directly into building efficient, data-driven business operations.

Working alongside Kadhim at Josstec LLC and Kainos Technology, Leiqaa built the inventory management systems that tracked thousands of IT assets through their entire lifecycle. She designed the backend processes that powered daily operations, developed business growth analytics and reporting dashboards, and brought a systematic, evidence-based approach to every operational challenge the businesses faced.

Her background in physics gave her the computational thinking, statistical analysis, and systems design skills that most IT professionals spend years trying to develop. Whether it's building a tracking system for 10,000 assets or designing a reporting framework for client environments, Leiqaa approaches every problem the way a physicist would — with data, precision, and a relentless focus on what actually works.

At Wildcat IT, Leiqaa brings that same mindset to client operations — from designing efficient workflows and tracking performance metrics to building the documentation and reporting that regulated industries require.
